Inventory Support Specialist

Fort Garry Industries is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist to join our Calgary team. The role is responsible for a variety of task supporting Customer Sales and Service and inventory control.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Execute FGI Customer Service Standard
  • Work with branch team to ensure orders are filled and accurate
  • Ensure invoices, core returns, product returns and warranty claims are processed in a timely manner

Sales Responsibilities

  • Process electronic orders
  • Process Core Returns
  • Process fillable back orders

Inventory Responsibilities

  • Quantity receipt entry
  • Source and order product for fill-in as required
  • Assist in cleaning up inventory discrepancies

Candidate requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft office, particularly excel.
Previous inventory experience in an ERP platform an asset.
