2026 FGI CALENDAR PHOTO CONTEST
2026 FGI Photo Contest Rules & Regulations
Contest is for the chance to appear in the 2027 Calendar and is open to all professional, amateur or hobby photographers 18 years of age and older, including employees of Fort Garry Industries Ltd (‘FGI’) and all of its’ subsidiaries.
To Qualify:
- Photo must be taken by you – please do not submit others’ photos
- Photos must be authentic – AI-generated images or photos altered using artificial intelligence tools will not be accepted.
- Photos must be horizontal in orientation (landscape)
- Photos must be high resolution (minimum 1.5 mb requirement)
- Must feature Fort Garry Industries in some way and be trucking/farming/construction/heavy-duty industry related – get creative! Whether it’s a mud flap, a trailer, a piece of equipment or a ballcap, our logo can be seen in many places!
- Caption MUST INCLUDE a description, location and name of photographer
- Multiple entries from one person are allowed
- Photo must be submitted between April 1st and October 1st, 2026
Selection Process:
- Voting will be run from October 2nd through October 11th, 2026
- Eleven (11) photos will be selected by a group of FGI staff members
- One (1) photo will be selected by you, the public, as the ‘Popular Vote’ determined by the number of votes received on the photo
- One (1) photo will be selected by our President as the “President’s Pick’
- Thirteen (13) photos total will be placed in our 2027 Calendar, with the cover featuring the ‘Overall FGI Choice’ to be selected by a group of FGI staff members
Prizes:
- Each of the thirteen (13) photos selected as winners for the calendar will receive a 591mL YETI Tumbler
- Three (3) of the winners (President’s Pick, Popular Vote & Overall FGI Choice) will also receive one (1) of the following: 45L YETI cooler.
Calendar Availability:
A limited number of complimentary calendars will be available at your local FGI branch in early December 2026. Phone, email, direct message or fax requests for a calendar will not be accepted. Images must be submitted by 11:59 pm CT on October 1st, 2026. By submitting a photo to the 2026 FGI Calendar Photo Contest, you are giving FGI permission to use your submission in any of our online, web, print advertising or promotional material. We may tweak colors or alter the photo slightly to color correct or enhance the image if we deem necessary.
