Description
Delivered this custom water truck to the City of Prince George on July 11, 2018. One of the top requests was that it should be able to deliver maximum pressure at idle with all nozzles on. We did this by utilizing a Berkeley water pump controlled by Bosch Rexroth hydraulics. This truck more than adequately produces the required flow even on its lowest setting. This unit features a Tenco PCL500 remote controlled front-mount watering arm; the first in British Columbia. The Tenco arm offers precise operation so the operator can virtually reach any area required all from the comfort of the Mack cabover chassis. Tank capacity is 3,250 gallons and features a secondary spray boom for anti-icing if the city chooses to use it in the winter.
